Terms of service

Who we are. Chromatic Sip Spectrum sells original designs on prints, posters, mugs, phone cases, laptop sleeves and apparel. Contact: hello@hello.chromaticsipspectrum.com.

Products. Each design is original and based on a drink's real recipe and color. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed item, and printing can vary slightly between materials.

Orders and pricing. Prices are in US dollars. Everything is made to order. We may cancel an order if a product or price was listed in error, and will refund you in full.

Intellectual property. Our designs and site content belong to Chromatic Sip Spectrum. Buying an item gives you the item, not the right to reproduce the design.

Responsible enjoyment. Our products celebrate drinks culture. Our website is for adults of legal drinking age (21+ in the US). Please drink responsibly.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
